It can be rare to find an Arizona native in the residential real estate industry, but a third generation native Phoenician? That's truly one of a kind! Marissa Kline's Arizona roots run deep, and showcasing her hometown to her clients is one of her favorite parts about her business.
After joining the Karas Group in 2013, Marissa became business partners with Chris Karas in YEAR, helping to further strengthen the Karas Group brand. Marissa is also the Managing Director of Compass, the brokerage behind the Karas Group. One of the parts she enjoys most about her director position is the responsibility of mentoring new agents.
Marissa's goal is not to merely sell a property - but rather to foster relationships built on trust with her clients. She has always felt that it was important that when an acquaintance becomes a client, she wants her client to become a friend as well. And her vision is clearly working as 2022 marked her largest sale to date, a stunning $15M estate in the prestigious Town of Paradise Valley.
