Interview with Modern Luxury Scottsdale

A native Phoenician, Marissa Kline, Realtor with The Karas Group at Compass has always taken pride in her hometown. "Most of my childhood was spent on construction sites or in design studios, so I guess I was destined to go into real estate," she says. "The Valley has changed a lot over the years and i love watching its continuous growth."

Everyday, Kline finds inspiration working with her clients. "Real estate is a very personal decision, for example, an expanding family needing a larger home or a job change bringing someone to the Valley," she says. "I love being included in the journey, and I love seeing my clients overjoyed with their dream home."

Kline believes that personal accountability is the most important factor to remember as a female leader in business. "You have to be accountable for your actions and your business, and remember that there is always room for improvement," she says. "Also, your inner circle will either propel you forward or pull you back. Luckily, my business partner, Chris Karas, has always pushed me to be better."

Believing that there is room at the top for everyone who hustles, Kline continually celebrates other women in her business. "I try to be an advocate for all women by extending kindness and support," she says. "Celebrating another woman’s success in no way take away from my own. So lets celebrate her."
